On BaT, yellow TR4 with some interesting rear suspension mods, an unidentified rear end, and a pretty clean 302.

Would post some pics, but they're Webimage and as I've commented, they crash my computer, so if anyone can add pics please do.

A serious car, it has a top, wipers, a heater... nice TR6 steelies... could lose the silly rubber latches for the hood... the air cleaner is too small... the rear shocks are too far inboard... blue trunking underhood hmm... details details.

The usual modified car haters seem not to be having a pop at this one... I think it may fetch strong money... go and join in.. [bringatrailer.com]
Finishes on the 18th.

Someone on Bat linked to British V8 where this car was briefly discussed in 2010.
At that time it had some rather awful alloys....
The OP then vanished, and it seems he never did get around to fabricating a cooling shroud.

Sold for $35k.
Good money.
I always think that in terms of preserving value, the more it looks externally stock, the better.
