REAR END! for a 302 ford powered gt6

Hey guys,
I was wondering where to start in terms of rear ends for gt6 project. I have it running and driving now just would like to see what the car can really do with but affraid of tearing my rear end up. so any help would be great!

It's not all about fit, more so about ratio options,ring gear size and what's your HP/TRQ from the 302.

How about a Nissan R200, 300z, I'm running one in my 5.0 TR6 and another LS1 Tr6 is running one. I would go with a short nose differential.

Maybe the Ford 8.8, Miata V8's have been using this swap for years.
