better give yourself a little more room for that tailstock m8 or it will be an issue down the road.looks like a good swap.good work.

Are you able to fit under the stock bonnet and install without mods to the frame / firewall , and just mods to the tranny tunnel? I have seen one installed with everything left alone - trying to find drawings / photos.
Might do this again to a mKii.

To fit donk with std inlet manifold under bonnet had to skim a bit of meat of the harmonic balancer. Not happy about this but was only way to get it down with steering rack not being moved. will see if this causes any issues down track.

needed to trim chassie for clutch slave cyl and a bit arround rear half of T 50.

have engine sitting as far back as I can with out mod-ing fire wall.

Rear of trans tunnel is now cut to scratch lines in Pic. A new trans cover will have to be made up, gear stick location now a good 3 inchers back from old Triumph one.
Have fitted a short shift kit to the T50 and fitted a shorter lenght gear lever

Radiator mounts have been fabricated

Now for final strip and sand balast of chassie, then the rebuild.

Will keep up dated
