Re: TR-6 V8 Conversion
I have a painless wiring harness in my Triumph. They can be specifically ordered for the parts you have, but I got a pre-made harness designed to put a late model chevy in a 74 jeep CJ. A few tail light wires were too long, other than that it snapped in.

Re: TR-6 V8 Conversion
Well I hate to have to report this but my Triumph has been put on hold for a while. I just picked up a 1972 Chevelle today. It's been fully restored except interior. It's an SS clone with a rebuilt modified 396 with a factory rebuilt 4 speed trans. This has been one of my dream cars for a while. I plan to make a little modification to the front end to make it look like the 70 and then besides do the interior I think I won't touch the car.

Re: TR-6 V8 Conversion
Sounds like a large undertaking, without the equipment to do the job. Perhaps you should consider a turn key car.
