Where to find a smaller steering wheel for Mk3?

I have Spitfire Mk3 from 1968 and want to replace the std steering wheel for a 12" or 13" steering wheel.
Can anyone inform me where to find one that will fit? Will it fit from another type?

Hi Markus,

Have a look at the following link for Rimmer Brothers

or try Moss Europe Ltd

Markus, be careful about too small a steering wheel, really makes the car seem almost too direct to very small steering inputs and Spitfires are already know to be quick handling cars anyway. Personally I wouldn't go any smaller than a 13" OD wheel.

Good point Bill,
I also found that a smaller wheel makes the steering very heavy at low speeds, especially in combination with wider tyres.

However a smaller wheel does give a bit more room for us lanky blokes to get our knees under though!

Graham
