Whats the best way to lower a 2500 TC so it is as low as legally possible?

How come there's a 'legal limit', what happened to Home of the Free n'all that...

Hint... if you have bodywork mods in mind, keep it to yourself on that forum. The Brits can stomach mechanical changes - or, at least, some of them can - but once you start changing the panelwork, they tend to get in a huff lol.

Im all the way in New Zealand! We have silly rules about cars thats why i ask about a limit!
