Oh it's a project, all right.

If you look at the body details, it looks like there is a lot of rust that has been painted over, without being repaired. The term "flexi-flyer" comes to mind. :)

Of course it's rusty, it's a TR :}
Just buy a pair of the special brown-tinted TR glasses, they make rust disappear.
