The chap is a long-time TR Register member and has owned the car many years, it already had the V8 when he imported it, but he did the bodywork & interior all himself in a build that was extensively posted on the TR forum.
Alas, even in the current bubble market, it's well overpriced for the UK, being a left hooker and the body mods are a put-off to most buyers.
Throw in his incoherent advert and there you have a quality car that's been for sale perhaps three years.

I would not call it a 5.3. That just confuses it with the modern 5.3L. This is an old school, iron 327. Very nice car, though!
