Re: 1975 Jensen Healey want Rover 3.5L with carburetors
Congratulations, Wayne and welcome to the forum. First time here ? First off, performance goals ? 5 speed stick ? Likely better to direct-bolt at BW T5 instead of costly/not-so-good oem 5 speed. Look over the JH with 215 in Healey section. 5 speed dif. has a better cruising ratio. If using oem exh. manifolds, Rover center-dump or Buick 300/340 will possibly fit/perform better. $'s to HP., the 4.0 - 4.6L deliver more bang/$. Any new questions/problems ? Cheers, roverman.
