What is the best front wheel hub to use to convert from spokes to disc wheels on a big Healey? I have read several forums where Ford Ranger, S-10, MGB, and Nissan 300 hubs were used. I am looking for a 5 lug hub either 5 on 5 or 5 on 4 1/2 pattern. I know that many V8 Healeys have been modified to bolt on wheels, so what is the best way to go without using a adaptor to the existing wire wheel hub?
