Guys,
I need help with a measurement from a 3000. What is the distance from Wheel Mounting Surface to Wheel Mounting Surface.. i.e. axle width!

Thanks in advance/ Jonas

Thanks, I'll give it a try...

Reason for the Q is that I have a Healey 3000 Replica which has been run with Volvo axles (55 inch wide axles). I've opted to rebuild the front end using Wilwood Mustang II spindles and Wilwood brake setups incl hubs. I'm building a new crossmember incl towers from scratch and I'll be fabricating upper and lower control arms as well. Since the car had wider axles I thought that it would be a good idea to try and replicate the original as much as possible (w r t measures at least).

Jonas
