SV Ratio?

There is a lot of scope in respect of the design of the combustion chamber bearing in mind that the rotating valve would form part of the chamber, and could be shaped for maximum efficency.

The image shown was just an early computer modelling exercise, the main issue is whether we could make the electronics work and have effective and reliable sealing between the valves and the heads.

Ok, for sealing the valves, something similar to "Coates", pressure-balanced rings ? Possible primary motive force of oil pressure, controlled by solenoid ? Good Luck, roverman.
