What motor mount is this?

Recently I've noticed a metal to metal vibration/noise coming from front of car - popped the hood and saw engine was a bit unlevel - jacked the car and this was revealed:

The block hugger header collector is against the chassis on the passenger side - on the motor mount you can see the pad looks as if it has sheared off of the mounting plate. Not sure when these were installed, but they're either old or this is a valid reason for adding a torque rod. Are these stock mgb motor mounts?

Driver side pad also shows some movement.

Is this a Rover mount? I've seen some pix of mounts that look like this when I was searching for mounts for my Rover/Buick. Anybody else?

Ahh, limp biscut? Ok, why can't we use aftermarket, anti rollbar bushings/brackets. Simple, cheep, tunable. Bores available form 5/8"-1.25". How big you need to hold down that monster? Mount bracket on crossmember or on motor, which-ever fits better. No more torn mounts, get-it? roverman.

Is that your engine, Jim? It looks like 340 covers. OMG I'm totally fixated...

Yup that makes sense. On second look the block isn't skirted. Makes sense. That MGB isn't nearly wide enough to be yours either. LOL.

Jim - Yeah, I like those too....especially what attaches to them.

Ordered heavy-duty mounts from Mark at D & D this morning - on the road again....I can't wait to get on the road again....
