trans mount for t5

I'm installing a ford t5 in my 74 bgt could any one tell me which trans mount to use, I just bought one for a mustang and was going to adapt it to the original crossmember but did'nt know if there was an easier way, Thanks

Replying to my own ? they sold me the wrong mount and it would have been hard to make that one work, the new one is a piece of cake,but the new ? is how far back to put the motor I've checked the site and have'nt seen any mention on how far back to put it,is it just a rule of thumb that when the shifter lines up with the stock opening that's where it goes? Thanks

I put some info on the other thread; check there. should have the info you're after. I should have noted there if you put the motor where the balancer/oil pan straddle the steering rack, you will likely need to grind down the oil pan lip in that area a little for some breathing room.
