Mystery starter ring gear, Rover? Buick? Other?

I have built a Rover V8 stroker motor using a Leyland P76 crankshaft and a P76 manual trans flywheel, based on a 3.9 liter LandRover Discovery block Now displaces 5 liters

The starter ring gear needs replacement, its not a P76 part and does not appear to be a Discovery part either

Size is;

312 mm ID
332.3 mm OD
10 mm thick
156 teeth

Any V8 boffins know what this is? I have asked D and D but he cannot source the part...

Graham, Is this externally balanced,(off-set weighted) ? OD = 13.08" but truly 321mm id. ? USA made or ? USA made, I would guess 300 Buick V8 ? Cast not billet ? I suspect small holes near od. are for pin weight, fine balancing,(popular with Buick). "Pioneer" of USA, has a dimensional, starter ring gear chart , very usefull. Good Luck, roverman.

Art,
much appreciated, I will try and locate the Pioneer chart
The flywheel pictured is Australian made, a Leyland P76 Engine is a clone of the Rover V8 with some changes; the crankshaft stroke was 88.9mm and the crank, once it has had some machining done to the counterweights, makes for a Stroker motor in a Rover 3.9 Block However its running a Rover starter and the Rover/Buick flywheels have 156 teeth

best
