Cast aluminum 340 style valve covers
I was inspired by an old thread by Curtis on this board. 1" taller cast aluminum replicas of the 340 valve cover. If there is enough interest for a group buy we can get the cost down, Shooting for around $200. Fits 215, 300, 340 and Rover.

Re: Cast aluminum 340 style valve covers
I figured that taller valve covers were in order if I were ever to switch to roller rockers or some other adjustable setup like Volvo. I like my MGB V8 repops, though. I bought them before I even had an engine. :)

Re: Cast aluminum 340 style valve covers
Well, it will take some digging-but somewhere I have Tall, cast aluminum, with removable top,( handy for hot-lash adjustments).
Use tis one as the "plug", to cast more. Current lid says Buick. Other lids, an option. Art. |

Re: Cast aluminum 340 style valve covers
Art, Thanks but Jim B donated a 340 valve cover. I think my casting guy is too busy and will get back to me next week.
