Roller Rockers

Im using KB roller rockers on my new 4.6, Im sure I need restrictors in the oil feed lines in the pedistals, whats the right size to go for??
Im using these rollers in my 3.9 at the moment and have low oil pressure at tickover its healthy above 1K revs, so Im assuming im bleeding off pressure at the rockers, I did have a restrictor fitted but it was obviously too small as I took the tips off a couple of push rods, another possibility is run a spray bar similar to what a pinto uses, even externaly feed it direct from the pump, there is no problem running an external feed up there by drilling the top of my oil cooler banjo and running -2 from there.

Ian, might be a wrong tangient, but how much side clearance on rockers ? Can't bleed-off be reduced with less side clearance, including, "bridge supports" on ends of shafts ? Perhaps this would allow a slightly larger restrictor ? roverman.
