Edelbrock accelerator jets in 215

In my 215 with Edelbrock 500 #1404 I'm running #1448/6852 needles with primary 083 and secondary 089 with pink metering springs. May be changing to 7052 as my idle is a bit rich.

Been watching some of the Musclecar videos such as this one where he covers the springs and accelerator jets. [www.youtube.com]

It should have occurred to me before that I needed to look at the accelerator jets (squirters) as they are sized for, presumably a 300ci and I'm running a 215, but here I am with the stock jets, and the link in the centre hole, doh. No bog on takeoff, but it must be wasting a lot of fuel.

I can order a kit with various jets #1475 and try some smaller ones, but what jets are you running in the accelerator pump?

Ivor
