welding the Rover block

If it's like "300" cylinder heads, It should weld like #356 alum. Use #5356 rod ? Planned mod's are: bridge the "dog bones", on the decks. Add # 6 bolt boss per bore. Add horizontal gusset plates over cam area, tying lifter bores together. One stage of scavenge in lifter valley,(dry sump). Possibly plug/weld syphon port,(oil pick-up), in block. This block "may" see a 6V-71 blower, at some point, in it's career. To be continued. roverman.
