Flywheel won't fit.................. any help is appreciated

I bought a NOS Schiefer alloy flywheel on ebay from a parts distributor who assured me that it would fit my 300. Well, it does not. It has 166 teeth and is externally balanced but the indexing hole and bolt pattern are too large by a good margin. It came in a box marked 630-0012 but that # is nowhere to be found on the flywheel. There are three ink stamps on the back - "2711A", "669" and another that is smudged with the last two #'s "66". The index hole is ~2 7/8" and the center-to-center bolt pattern is 3 5/8". Overall diameter is 14". Can anyone help me ID this piece? The sad thing is I sold my other alloy flywheel based on the seller's assurance that it was measured and was correct. Live and learn.
