With new blocks selling for $1,400 ish, this may be the new/afffordable, all aluminum V8. 427" with a stroker kit. "Lingenfelter "cnc ported heads, 350 cfm @ .6", hollow int., Inconell exh. new, $1,700/pr. If we halft' to have war...price war is good ! roverman.

Yeah they are big and powerful, but personally I would like to see one of the Dart aluminum SBF motors under the hood of my Miata. With an 8.2" deck the block weighs in under 90lbs. Add some Kaase heads and you can build a 7000+ RPM 6.0l making 700+HP that weighs 350lbs, intake to oil pan.

Now if I can just find a bank to rob to pay for it all...
