1988 rover 3.5 pulley alignment
I notice the water pump pulley and crankshaft pulliey don't line up very well.
I checked a second engine and found the same thing. Is this a design feature or am i missing something? Thank you |

Has the crank pulley been taken apart? There are a few shims/spacers in the crank pulley so you can make some adjustments.

Interesting. I know on the TR8s the power steering pump is off by a tiny bit but the water pump and crank pulley are spot on.
