Rover 3500 Automatic Transmission

I have a mid eighties Rover 3500 sedan Automatic transmission.
Is it any good to anyone? or should I just scrap it??
The trans is complete and still attached to the 3.5 engine. I need more room and I don't need the trans ,
but if someone does want it let me know and it's yours.
Located in Woodstock, Ontario Canada.
Thanks
Mike

That is most likely the old BW-35, 3 speed. If so, it's a solid tranny but ancient. You might find someone looking for one just because it fits the BOPR.

Mike, The good news is, the bell housing is detachable, making it usefull to adapt a Ford C4 or ToyBorg 30-40,(4spd/od) auto(s). Cheers, roverman.

It is a Borg Warner Type 65 or 66 for a SD1. They are rare since when some one does a manual conversion they throw away the automatic. Its not a boad transmission. Do you have all the parts: flex plate, converter, dust shield, etc?
