Roy, don't know of any factory type piece, but Spectre makes several different types of carb hats with ducting for remote filter and cold air intake. [www.spectreperformance.com] We are using one of their single outlet carb hats for the RV8 race car when we get the new hood made up to clear it.
For a low dollar approach the guys on the show Muscle Car made a dual inlet cold air intake for their project Buick from a stock GM air cleaner and some sheet metal. You can probably down load the episode and see how they did it.
Found the episode here. [www.powerblocktv.com]
