Just a little info. I was told that the HEI distributors would not work on a Rover but I gave it a try anyway. After grinding down the flange on the inlet, where the front bolt sits, and make a different bolt for that hole it just made it. Had to reorganize the leads to be able to dial it in. The vacuum pot has minimum space to move in when setting the timing so that dictated how I ran the plug wires. But it works great and is easy to hook up. Hope it makes sense the way I described it.
