OK, dumb question here,,, will Buick heads/ intake etc fit on the Olds 215 short block ?

Dave, absolutely. There are no dumb questions here Dave. Biggest difference is 215 Olds uses very long head bolts through the rocker stands, heads and into the block, hence (6) bolts around each bore. As Curtis has mentioned, the 4.0/4.6L Rover head will have a performance advantage over the 215 Buick. Double check the heads gaskets to match the "oil feeds", to the rockers. Good Luck, roverman
