4 bbl,Dual plane intake, single plane crank
With standard RV8 crank, induction for (1) cylinder occurs every 90deg, on each/opposite side of divided plenum. Same inlet, but with single plane crank, (2) cylinders receive induction, (1) on each side of divided plenum, BUT 180 deg apart from next inlet cycle. Will this produce more torque and hp., resulting from stonger inlet harmonic pulse ? Skilled thoughts please ? Thanks, roverman.
