Hi there
Im building Jaguar v12 5.3 into a 1952 international truck, im busy building x flow radiator but v12 have 2outlets ontop to motor, left and right
Bitom its inflow from motor to radiator, but how dies radiator tanks look like inside that all water dont just pump to one bank straight up the left tank? How do i get it to flow across from left to right and up to cool?

Should be one common tank. Both uppers are outlets. Bottom is inlet. Orientation of tubing determines whether downflow or crossflow.

Hmmm... Consider this pic:

BaffleInRadiatorTank.jpg

See the red arrow? That's where there's an internal baffle straight across. That baffle makes my radiator a "dual pass" model.

Your radiator is apparently more elaborate. I see a similar TIG weld in the pic you posted, so I'd assume all the water in your system flows left-to-right across the lower half of your radiator. Where does it go from there? Are there any TIG welds on the right side tank to indicate an internal baffle? I'm guessing the answer is "no"... Since the outlet at top right is smaller than the inlet, I'm guessing some of the coolant will flow right-to-left across to the other (left side) outlet. It seems to me that water flowing out of the right side outlet will be hotter than water flowing out of the left side outlet.
