A drop of 10psi from cold to hot running oil pressure is quite normal.

Rule of thumb for Buicks is 10 psi per 1000 rpms.

Hi Guys,
I was talking about the original pressure issue that I had-high pressure at first, till warm up, than almost no pressure after that. 2-3 lbs when above idle.
Since I cut the pressure relief valve spring down, I have not had the low pressure. Besides a drop as the oil heats up and thins out
