The motor can have DCOE's or Hilborn cross ram, but what kind of car ? Indy roadster, too expensive ! Must be topless, with no hood. Front motor ? Mid-engine ? Reventlow Scarab-cheap ? I have tranverse and L- t-axles. Anybody ? Thanks, roverman.

Watch one of those 1960's Elvis movies where he's the singing sports car driver and take your pick. Scarab, Devin SS, Lotus 23, Kellison J5 or Kellison/Astra X300GT, etc. I'd image the cheapest route would be to find someone's unfinished kit car.

59' Devin bodies are being reproduced, in hand laid f-glass or "Tuffex" ?, said to be 30-40% lighter. The're in Chatsworth, Ca., so I'll likely have a look. 93" wb. x 5' overall width. What oem frame is "close" to 93" ? Where do I read-up, on Devins ? Cheers, roverman.

Yes, Thanks, right here and I read it. In the day, we're up to 70" front body width. I'm hoping the "seller" is confused at 60", since these are the SS version ? I would consider a 75'/prior frame and reg', gotta love Ca !

As with ALL Craigslist adds, Buyer Beware ! Body does'nt look too bad, in primer gelcoat, but seller, representing mfgr', says you cannot go there and see it, in person, unless you agree to purchase-first. I smell a vintage RAT ! Phone # only, no email, no webbsite, NO SALE ! Onward, roverman.
