Got the little Olds engine running

A quick shot of the cam beak-in.... Had a few minor issues... some leakage at the core plugs and the rear rope seal was leaking and then seemed to stop. Also have some ignition issues with the vintage accel distributor .I'm guessing the open box Ebay module isn't up to the task.

So can you tell us more about what you are doing like what's it going into etc. looks like a good looking motor

Not a British car... Its going into a Pontiac Astre... But this sight has some pretty solid knowledge base on the little aluminum engines..

I post some updates here from time to time..
