Anybody know what the (one year only) 64 300 V8 Buick aluminum cylinder head CC volume is?

About 52cc, depending on how much is shaved.

Just to corroborate, D&D website says 54cc - hardly enough to make a difference.

Your results "will" vary. That's why a burette is used, (spell check) ?

Not real hard to measure it. A piece of plexiglass, a large syringe, a bit of grease and a little imagination works wonders.
