TH350 swap for 700 or 200?

This TR6 that I flagged
[forum.britishv8.org]
with the 350 SBC and, I assume, TH350 (the seller bought it as 'an investment' and doesn't know what box it has except it's 3-speed) would there be major problems converting it to a 700R4 or 200-4-R?

What I can see..... 700 is the same length as 350 but rather heavy. Mounts are the same.
200 is same length but mounts differ.

Both 200 and 700 have their fans and detractors.

If this is not a major swap, perhaps I should go look at the car.

My understanding is that it's almost a bolt-in swap. You have to wire it for a TCC switch but it can be fully manual.

The 700r4 is common and easy to find. The 2004r has better gear ratios for a sports car.
