Dry Sump Pump - Pressure Side Plumbing

I am well into the build of a TR8 with a Group 44 body kit for vintage racing. This TR8 has been a race car since 1981.

I am looking for suggestions on the best place/s to plumb the pressure side of the pump into the engine. I am using a 4.6 block.and a Peterson 3 stage pump.

I appreciate any input I can get.

AIR., my Huff. 4L. had a welded on, fitting at/near lifter galley, eliminating several turns ? 1" thick aluminum main girdle with steel billet 2-3 caps, 2 bolt mains. Fabbed alum. pan with integral screed/screen/windage inhibitor. Billet screen is 14 g. alum sheet with "many" side by side center-drilled holes, acting like miniature one-way flow valves-clever. Crank was oem small journal AND held up ! Carillo rods.

"Crank was oem small journal "

So, your 4.0L is/was originally a 2 bolt main 3.9L, Art?

Bland,

Please do a Project Journal on your build. I love Flying Wedges with those flares.

Huffaker was Leyland Motorsports sponsored, in the day, only 3.5L back then. 2 bolt billet caps were Huffaker built.
