Best Rover/Buick Rocker Assembly?

I have a set of factory rocker arm assemblies off a set of 1964 Buick 300 v8 heads, and a set off a set of 1999 LR Discover 4.0L v8 heads.

I need to use one or the other on my RV8 with ported 300 heads.

It looks like the rover set is a bit “beefier.”

Is there a difference? Any recommendations either way?

They are all similar. I'm going to adapt the later 3400 V6 rockers with roller fulcrum when I retire in about a month. Will need to oil through the pushrods.
