Are Rover 4.6 connecting rod bolts reusable or are the stretch bolts?

The torque sequence points to stretch bolts: 20 Nm and then additional 80 degrees. However, the factory manual from 1998 (LRL0004ENG 3rd ed., applicable to engine codes 42D, 46D-51D) states that during disassembly, keep the rod, cap and bolts in their respective position. It does not mention anything about replacing them during assembly.

For head bolts, the manual states that "fit new bolts".

I have used the same bolts but with the last short block, I noticed that some used bolts felt a bit funny when torquing the final 80 degrees. To be safe I replaced them. They are around 5 bucks a piece. Not that expensive for a piece of mind.

May I ask if the ARP bolts for the flywheel are stretch bolts?
