Older Crane Cams links go to Comp Cams, but there is a www.Crane.Au?

What is the full story here? Did crane USA get merged / bought out by Comp? What about the Australian website - is that still associated with the original? I've googled a little but can't find out what happened.

Seems Comp have indeed bought them out, or so it says in this 2021 thread here [community.hagerty.com]
Makes an interesting read.
Dunno about Australia, perhaps they just haven't got round to updating the website.
