Unsprung weight, in the rear

Having 30-40% wider/heavier wheel and tire combo, in the rear, I'm seriously considering inboard disks. I suppose the trick is making a suitable adapter from 930 cv output flange to mate with aftermarket rotor hat. Reduced unsprung weight in rear, "might" help a car without LSD, on bumpy turns ?
