If you search through this website, you'll find lots of different "big brake" solutions have been installed on MGB's. I've just updated Laurie Houghton's gallery page, and it's interesting because he has now upgraded from Peugeot 504 vented rotors with SDi 4-pot calipers to even larger Mini Cooper S vented rotors with Nissan GTR 4-pot aluminum calipers. They still fit within 15" wheels too. Check it out at the bottom of this page: [www.britishv8.org]

I have NO affiliation, but they "seem" pretty tough to beat for engineering and value. Still too much $'s ? Mazda RX-7, 4 pot alum., dime/doz. U.S. Brake 11" x .810" vented rotor, "hat" mount, $40 up. Good Luck, roverman.
