Rear IC vS RC with leaf/ladder bars

If I grasp this, IC and RC are interelated. Increasing the angle of the rear RC as it approaches the CG sweet spot, will "a" increase forward/lateral rear bite bite on accelleration, and "b" decrease it on decelleration,(tendinding towards oversteer)? This all, not considering, how an anti-roll bar, or lateral locating devices, will interact ? These parameters work by increasing/decreasing, the tire contact patches, without changing the fore/aft and lateral "G's" ? Cheers, roverman.
