I'm installing a sunfast top (On MGB) from Moss.
If I put contact cement on the front header, will the cement bleed thru the sunfast material?

Hi Merv,

I have the Sunfest top installed on my TR6. I used black weather strip adhesive, and NO it will not bleed through. I thought it would, but figured it was done on a regular basis with no problems. In the end results the top looks great.

Just make sure you glue where it will be nice and tight when latched on the windshield header.

Here is an article on how to do a TR6 soft top that I used. Some of this information might be helpful for you!
