Phantom Flames ?
I'm considering these for Hemi Healey. Silver-grey pearl on a jet-black car. Subtle/tastefull ? Silver-grey is to blend with the wheel centers. Onward, roverman.

Re: Phantom Flames ?
wait till you get the car built to worry about paint. You'll do changes along the way that may change the character of the car. I was thinking about ghost flames early on, but decided they didn't fit as I got closer to that stage.

Re: Phantom Flames ?
Thanks Rob, the problem with two heads,(Gemini), their always pointing me in different directions, lol. Car will remain black primer, until I'm positive it's sorted out. Cheers, roverman.

Re: Phantom Flames ? or real ?
With "Doug's" 3" electric cut-outs venting through the Gullwing side vents, I must be carefull not to make "wrinkle finish". Zoom Zoom, roverman

Re: Phantom Flames ?
OOOO!!!
35 years ago I wanted to do flames on my big Healey. All the car guys talked me out of it. Being 17-years-old I bowed to the old guys (maybe in their 20s). I wish I hadn't. I've always wondered what that would have turned out to be, and I'm still damn good with an airbrush . . . NCtim |

Re: Phantom Flames ?
Such a thing as flames in "body paint" ? How about glow-in-the-dark Phantom flames ? I'm done now. Onward, roverman.
