Metal forming dies

Does anyone have a source for joggle dies that can be used with a hand tool. I could make the drawings up and have a local machine shop fab them, but purchasing a set, if available would probably be a lot cheaper.

A joggle looks like this. It can be used for making seams, or in my case flush access panels, in sheet metal.

Larry , if you're talking about an offset that would be material thickness, you could get a Pneumaticc flanging tool ,
even harbor fart has them but will give you only about 5/8" flange width, but thet are less than $100.

Take a 20% coupon to your local HF and it will be $32. I have one and it works like a champ.

I have the HF tool and it works great. For a wider flange or to flange rounded corners then you might want to step up to a bead roller machine. HF has one, but I've had to reinfoce mine to work well with steel sheet, As it comes it tends to deflect the top and bottem rollers and not make a clean flange or bead. Try to find one that's built with box tubing rather than a flat plate of steel, cost a bit more but much more rigid.
