This is one very quick Spitfire:
Pat Ryan's 1967 Triumph Spitfire Racecar (47 photos)

I had pretty much given up on getting a "How It Was Done" form back on this car... but after five months it showed up in my mail. It was pretty much blank, except that the car has a "Krantz" transmission. What on Earth is a Krantz transmission?

I know next to nothing about Spitfires. Please comment here if you spot anything interesting in the photos so I can learn. (And please don't hesitate to let me know if there are errors in the captions!)
