Turkey Bowl 2010 (Summit Point WV)

This annual low-key and low-cost event is a whole lot of fun! Any of you guys going? I plan to be there two of the three days.

From the VRG website:
Quote:
The 14th annual Turkey Bowl takes place November 26-28th at Summit Point Motorsports Park (http://www.summitpoint-raceway.com). In VRG’s own version of a stimulus program, we are keeping the entry fees for the early bird special the same as last year’s low rate of $250. This is a great value for one hour plus of track time per day, including an enduro on Sunday. Weather has been great over the last several Turkey Bowls with clear skies and daytime temperatures as high as the sixties. This is a great way to work off that extra helping of turkey and get one last and inexpensive event in this year.

We have some great extracurricular events going on this year with a driver / worker BBQ dinner at the track Friday night and VRG dinner Saturday night at the George Washington Hotel (a five star hotel / caterer).

We have also negotiated a VRG rate at two hotels for $76/night and more information can be found on the FAQ at the link below.

Entry forms and the FAQ can be found on the VRG website under events: (http://www.vrgonline.org/events).
