Maybe not so crazy. Great for irs. or full floating solid rear ? 930 Porsche splines, excellent value,(aftermarket)and length availability. Standard material is 4340 steel,(strong), and when heat treated to 300M spec's, acts like a torsion spring ! This should be beneficial for cars having "shock-load" problems, in the rear. Cars that get airborne or have a ratchet/Detroit Locker posi, should have less transitional problems, in turns. I'm considering this for a future, full-floating rear,(8" ford), for the Huffaker TR8/ GT 1 car. Onward, roverman.
