Healey World Challenge - Road America 2024

The Healey World Challenge was held at Road America this last September 13th-15th prior to the Austin Healey Club of America's US Conclave in Sheboygan, WI. A mix of over 50 Sprites and big Healey's competed over the three day event on the historic 4-mile track.

Team Healey PDX made the 4000 mile round trip with #414, my 1957 100-6 MM Florida Green vintage racer. With a freshly built Healey 6-cylinder race engine broken-in and dyno tuned for battle, I was happy with the 7th & 8th place respectively overall in the two all Healey races. With cars from both the UK & Australia competing, the competition was fierce, but clean and fun for everyone.
