The G33 certainly is a stunningly beautiful car. I wonder how many of the ~100 built came to North America. (?)

Yes...seeing your post about the G4 reminded me of the G33.

I have never seen a single G33 in the USA, and I think they are all RHD. They are 1993 model year, so illegal to import??

There may be some Ginetta "dealers" in the USA that sell Miata based conversions.

You're right, TVR wedges can be brawny, purposeful looking machines,

SLOW - the above pic is my Mate James in his old Griff with the 5.5 tweeked lump (370bhp and 420ft/lbs).

He is the Dounut King. He can spin one of those this in it own length so fast it makes your brain hurt!

[www.blip.tv] that is him driving my Chim (shouty bloke) and him in the dark spinning the above before being told to leave!

I do like G33's but my fave Brawny V8 Brit is this:-

Randal and clan,of course opinions are welcome here, but have you gazed upon the exhilerating lines of the of the mid RV8 powered, prototype, 2 place sports coupe ? Truly a thing of beauty. Too bad it was killed for being over competitive with the Jags, of same time period. Cheers, roverman.

Did anyone-ever tout the Cheetah as best looking ? I think not. They were the automotive version of a mongoose on a binge for Cobras, and they did get their fill ? Cheers, roverman.
