Engine is back together and I will be able to leave early am. I love it when a plan comes together.

So guys, are we meeting you in Champaign or not? I need to call Scott within about the hour if we're to set up a rendezvous. If we're doing this I need to know when and where.

Jim

It's exciting to know that things are coming together for everyone.

I put new tires on my MG this afternoon. (They're Dunlop Direzza DII tires, size 205/50R15.) That was pretty much the last thing on this year's to-do list. Haven't started packing yet. Heading into Denver right now to take Lisa to "First Fridays".... I expect to leave Colorado tomorrow afternoon, but I'm not sure what time. My most likely stopping place is North Platte, Nebraska - which is almost exactly half way. (4 hours from Longmont. 4 hours from Omaha.) If I stop there, I'll stay at the America's Best Value Inn on 4th street downtown, across from the NAPA. I've stayed there a couple times before.

That is exactly the tire I was going to recommend for you. It is supposed to a great tire. Even better than the first gen Star Specs that I have.

Wednesday, spent the day discovering some great back roads in S.E. Ohio.
Thursday evening we took in some of the Country Music Awards activities in Nashville.
This evening we enjoyed Memphis, downtown Beale St.
St. Joe tomorrow.
